I wanted to explore Providence, but I was going alone and didn't want to spend a lot of lodging, so I went ahead and booked the Motel 6 in Seekonk (I actually didn't even notice that it's actually MA and not RI). I wanted to find a restaurant at which to eat on my way from Providence to my motel, and I was amazed to spot this place on the map. The menu at Ichigo Ichie (Seekonk, MA) blew me away.

Right: Angel Roll - $12:
Inside: black pepper tuna, cucumber, and kaiware
Outside: tuna, salmon, white fish, yellow tail, and avocado
Sauce: eel, spicy mayo, and mint sauce
Mint sauce! You can see why I had to order it, and it was delicious and interesting. Even more delicious though was this aptly named guy: Left: Paradise Roll - $14
Inside: eel, red pepper, cucumber, and mango
Outside: tuna, white tuna, and crunch
Sauce: eel, mango, spicy mayo, and Thai sauce

Yes yes yes, one of the best rolls I've ever had! Everything blended perfectly. Thai sauce?! Hooray to whatever that was!
My waiter was very friendly and tried his best to give me really good service though I know it was difficult (and honestly not as financially important to worry about me in my party of one) as he was juggling several tables, including one table of nine rowdy Jerseyans nearby, so I really appreciated his efforts.
