Inexpensive Oysters!
Wanting oysters on my visit to Florida, I waited till my non-oyster-eating sister and her wife were at work to head off to Off the Hook Raw Bar & Grill. Their friend Kevin came with me, so we got to try a good amount of food there.

A Dozen Texas Oysters - $10 |
You can taste the dirty Texas side of the gulf coast in these things. For most people this will surely be a turn off. Since I grew up in Houston, visiting Galveston beach a dozen times a year, they tasted like some of the better memories of my childhood.

1/2 Pound of Hot Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp - $10 |
Juicy and well-seasoned, but I don't yet have enough experience with these kind of shrimp to give much of an opinion yet. Kevin liked 'em.

Crab, Artichoke and Spinach Dip: with crumbled bacon, and bubbling Parmesan, served with warm tortilla chips - $8 |
The tortilla chips were fresh and warm as promised. The dip was quite tasty, but it didn't pass my "Better than Trader Joe's Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip" test.
If you're in the area and want a casual, comfortable place to get some pretty damn decent seafood, this place'll do ya just fine.
