As it turns out, tart and savory isn't nearly as good as sweet and savory. It probably wouldn't have been quite as unenjoyable if the girl who prepared it had understood that, unlike sprinkles and Nutella, customers aren't necessarily happier for her to be extra generous with her squeezes of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar tubes.
